My mother died and left my son as a benificiary and allowed him to get $700 a month when he turns 18, it also said if he had any health, education, education problems he could request money before 18. This Aunt who hates me is refusing to let my son have money to help him lose weight and work out at a center. He is 13 and is 282lbs now and is showing signs of pre-diabetic, sleep apnea, depression, anxiety, suicide thoughts due to kids at school teasing him. He also has Tourette's syndrome, ADD, OCD, beside filing papers with the court which I have begun and she is using his trust money to pay her attorneys what can I do to bring this matter to public attention. Pay her attorneys, or attorneys working for the trust?

And what as the child's parent are you doing to help with his weight problem ? Have you started him on a diet ? Have you taken him to a family doctor for treatmet of ay of this ?

Win the case in court, and she will pay her attorneys, and if cause is proven in your favor, can be removed as the trustee of her estate.

As far as making this a public issue, all the Google data I reviewed was tied to child abuse( withholding care, education, and medical needs of a minor) and was the authority of your states attorney general, and I would certainly pursue that with them.

Be aware that you will have to be account to your own actions also, as until the case is brought and won(or lost) it is your responsibility to get the best care for your son as possible.
