Hi,

Our older (about ten years or more) Tau 36" Panasonic TV was working fine until this morning when suddenly the picture went fuzzy. The colors look pretty much the same, but I can't begin to read any of the cable TV instructions or see any images clearly. Everything looks like you are looking at it from beneath a swimming pool surface!

If this is a Tube Type, may have a Focus or screen adjustment. High Voltages are present and Dangerous. A Tech will know the precautions.
