CAN DRIVING A PROJECTION TV IN BACK OF A PICK UP DAMAGE IT? 4" RED ON TOP OF SCREEN NOW. NEED CLEANING ? PART MOVED/BROKE? DUST MOVE AND NEED TO GET CLEANED OUT? ANY IDEAS WOULD HELP!

I sold my 3 year old 55" Sony LCD Grand Wega yesterday - KDF55E2000 and it was picked up and put in the back of a pick-up truck for an almost hour drive down the freeway and into the City.

Once hooked up there is now a red streak across the top almost 4" - I am wondering what part could have been damaged? Or is it dust getting in there during the drive? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

I just don't want the new owner thinking I sold him a faulty television, he tested it out here on regular cable, high definition and DVD and there was no problem.

Absolutely! Even just bumping one hard while it's sitting on the floor can mess it up. It needs opened up and the projectors adjusted. You can only hope that nothing got broken.

If they verified, before they bought it, that it worked OK, then it's not a worry of yours.
