The pilot lite won't light when the pilot button is pushed in. It seems to not be letting gas through. I verified that the gas is on. Note the unit has run all winter and we came home to find the pilot lite out and can't get it to light.

Something could have plugged up the pilot orifice. Remove and clean it out but becareful since the hole size is very small so a very small single strand wire or a small numbered drill bit will be needed to do the job.
