We live in a Park model trailer. Our stove, oven and furnace are all propane. They are all 5yrs. Old. There is soot residue over our walls, ceilings and pretty much everywhere through our trailer. WE have had the people who we bought this from out numerous times but still the same problem. We were told it was it was the furnace. We bought a new one, sent the old one back to Atwood,no problem with the furnace. $1,100.00 later and we're no further ahead. We've had the plumber out,he changed the orifice. Same problem. The trailer manufacturer has now closed permanently. We have been breathing in this soot for 5yrs. The propane guy has looked at it also. We are seniors and don't have the money to move. We live in a small town and don't know who we can get to fix it. My hubby isn't a Mr, Fix it either. Can someone give us any idea what to do. Please
Thanks so much.

I was once got a oven from a friend for my camp and had a soot problem in my case it was the oven jets.they were for natural gas (piped in city gas
) not propane.getting new jets turned into a nightmare so I got a new oven that I knew was set up for propane it works fine no more soot.

Thanks, but I don't know if that will help. This oven was specifically installed in our Park Model Trailer by the manufacturer, "Breckenridge". The stove burner flames are blue with the occasional yellow flame. We have had the line from the propane tank to the furnace, blown out. We had a new furnace installed. The old one was inspected by Atwood and they certify the furnace is operating properly. We are getting black marks on the bottom of pots when on the burners. Can you think of anything else?
