The keyboard and touchpad stopped working on my Acer Aspire 5102
I can hit F2 to go into setup on reboot but can't navigate because the arrow keys don't work

You should be able to plug in a mouse and another external keyboard to get around while you make repairs. You either lost the drivers or its not being recognized by the computer. But that is one way around it to check it.
