My fiance's State Select water heater (model P64020RT2) just quit working. She lives in a different town than I, so I haven't been able to check it out yet. I had her reset the breaker. No luck. I've read on this site about a reset button. Where is it located, and what else should I get her to try until I can get there this weekend (today is Thursday)? Please help. She's been without hot water for 3 days (but she just told me last night). Anything in particular that I should look for or watch out for?

Remove the top inspection plate and you bwill see a thermostat with a red button. Press the button to reset. WARNING
Do not touch any wires. The water heater operates on 220 volts that's lethal. Good luck, Tom
