[My friend is on his third time dirty.he's on a drug program,dose his nA meetings,he was held at court.how much time will he get?

The Judge will be the only one to decide that at his VOP hearing. Your friend needs to get out his original Final Disposition paperwork or Sentencing paperwork and look at that. It will contain all the information needed as this is the same paper the Judge is going to look at when he passes sentence upon your friend.
