Ow to prepare a thanks letter to customers after visiting our booth in recent exhibition

What sort of things were you exhibiting in your booth, please?

The obvious thing is to thank them for stopping and having interest in your product and or service. And then politely tell them that their questions were very interesting and that should they desire you would be more than happy to sit down with them and discuss it further.

I would also say that you will call them on... (pick a time and date).
