I'm on probation in Oregon, and I was recently arrested by my probation officer. In booking I had 84.00 $ in my pocket, and my p.o. took all of it. Without a receipt. I owe more in supervision fees than he garnished, but does still have the right to do that? Los bastardos

Hello n:

They do what they want and challenge you to do something about it. If he didn't give you a receipt, I'd write him a letter confirming the event. If you EVER need a receipt, maybe the letter will suffice.

Los pinchi cavrones.
