Can an attorney be the closing attorney and buyer's agent in a single real estate transaction? Can they be paid both real estate commission and attorney fees?

I don't know why not. As the seller, however, you can certainly have a different closing agent if you want. I would. Besides, it's the BUYER who pays the agent/attorney. What difference does it make to you, assuming you're the seller?
