I have a 2003 Honda Accord that goes into idle mode that want let me accelerate over 2000 rpm's. This has happened to me before and it gave a code for the throttle actuator. The difference between this time and last time is the tachometer jumps from 2000 to 3000 rpm's without me touching the gas peddle. I have tried to free it up by tapping the gas pedal with no avail. The shop I took it to last time just said the cleaned the throttle body and the car never did it again. Please help me
