I was put on probation in 2009 my probation ends on July 22 2010. BUT I violated by stealing again. I am on probation for shoplifting and only got 9 months probation because of my first offense. I have not violated ever and also I have done everything told. Comm service, fines to store and po, drug test, evaluation for drugs and alcohol, I took theft class.so how long would I be in jail if I get caught for a violation
