I have a cheap tracfone. I was given a nice Blackberry. Can I program the Blackberry to use my tracfone number and minutes?

This is all controlled by your SIM card.
It really depends if the Blackberry will be able to use the other card.

I don't believe you can Since Tracphone is a different kind of service. Why not call Tracphone support?
