C- Blue
G - Green
O - Brown
Y - Yellow
Orange wire not used

The New Honeywell RTH7400 has

The G, Y, R, C, all seem obvious, and I thought the W would go to the white wire but that leaves the brown wire that was hooked up to the old O. The white and brown wouldn't go together would they?
