Our water was shut off 10:30am it is now 2:00pm. When I went over to ask where the water was he said he notived people that it would be off for an hour. I live next door to him and we were not notived. No one was, he lied. My question is: as tenants, do we have the right to be notice? I have looked and looked on the intent and can't find what I need. I know if he was honorable he would tell people, but he's not. Can anyone help me.P.S. My husband and I are working on getting him fired. He's that bad.

I don't understand the situation. Who is the "he"? Just a neighbor? Or is your neighbor also your landlord? How do you know no one else was notified? And was he responsible for shutting it off?

Hello w:
I'll start by assuming that you DON'T have a lease. Therefore, you can't win a war against your manager because he can just give you a notice to vacate. Therefore, the only solution is for YOU to move. There really isn't any solution to a rude lying manager.
