View Full Version : Half wall attachment?

I am building an 8 foot wall in an open space with 20 ft ceilings.. will attaching it to the exterior walls be enough support or do I need other point of attachment... the wall is wood framed and 24 feet long with 1 door opening? Thank you for all your help

A small corner should be enough to support it, maybe a few feet out like an L shape.

It goes from ext to ext all the way across.. that's enough?

As long as you are anchoring both ends of the wall to the exterior wall and to the floor you should will be fine.

That depends on how fast you are and where you live, also how hungry I am usually has a big effect on my bidding.

Without seeing it in person, I'd be hard pressed. Its probably about a four day job.
