Back in winter time water frozed up and after pipes thawed out we discovered that a pipe was busted.we fixed the pipe and the hot water in bathroom stop working. Hot water works fine in kitchen but the hot water in bathroom sink in shower doesn't even comes on.

A bunch of junk likely broke loose and got caught in the hot inlet of the bathroom fixture. Shut down the main, pull the stem or cartridge,clean it, cover valve hole with towel open/close main to blow out debris, reinstall, done

Bob's correct! Some minerals built up in the pipe walls has broke loose and is now clogging the inlet ports of the faucet cartridges. What faucets are affected and what brand are they? Let me know, Tom
