First of all, I know the forum is all about tax in the US. I am working at the UK for an US company and had company stock option that listed in the US stock market. Just want to know is that possible to sell the stock and wire the money back to other country without go through UK? How does the tax work?

If you worked and lived in the United Kingdom while earning the U.S. stock option, then the only tax due should be from the U.K.

No U.S. income taxes should be due.
