I am working as finance excutive in Dr.Reddys laboratoreis since three years(total 5 years experiance) and taking care of financial closing activies and MIS .

As part of my annual performance review I need to mention my next year aspiration - How can I present my view( my view - should get high level position by getting additional knowledge in my area)

Working closely with the Cash Flows of all the sections of the
Organisation on a daily basis making sure there are no idle
Balances in Bank Accounts that are not earning the full potential of interest.
Especially putting amounts on
Short Call Deposits.
This is a full time position in a big
Organisation.
