This has been bugging me for literally years, please help.
I remember a cartoon that had something to do with these, like, furry-ish creatures who helped this like, professor type bloke to help distribute dreams. I think. It definitely had something to do with dreams, and I think the dreams were represented like 'bubbles'.
Also, the baddie; if you will, was this big scary monster thing that lived in something similar to a volcano, and he had a henchman who was a green lizard type thing, with a white coat and a long nose with many pairs of glasses all the way down it.
I thought it was aired on the bbc, but I could be inaccurate!
Is this ringing ANY bells, or did I imagine it all..?
