My boyfriend is currently incarcerated in Virginia and I recently moved out of state with our son. When he gets out can he transfer his probation here with us? If so, what would need to be done in order to do that?

Yes, he needs to work on this before he is released. If not he may have to stay a few months in other state till he gets it approved
