I own residential property in NJ which I am havind been renting for the last 2 years. The last without a lease -- I understand that automatically became a month to month lease. I now want the tenants out. What form must I send and what notice to they need? What if they will not move?

Here (http://www.rentlaw.com/eviction/njeviction.htm) is some information.

Generally you give them a notice to quit (certain notice period required - looks like 2 months, but read the statute carefully), and if they don't, you proceed to court to evict them.
