Had an outside spigot that was busted tried to heat the joints up to remove and replace I turned the pipe wrench and the copper piping came out 4 inches into the brick wall but to get at the pipe to fix it I either have to take out a toilet to get to the wall the pipe is in from the inside or remove some bricks in my outside wall what do you guys think I should do ?

No question here. Remove toilet and do repairs from interior. Pulling toilet no big deal, repairing drywall fairly easy. Right now you don't know exactly what you are going to have to do to repair pipe so you don't know how much brick to remove. Repairing brick work much more difficult.

Repair using a frost proof hose bib.
