So I was charged with "driving intoxicated" when I was 18, that charge was reduced to only a "minor consuming".
Second incident - CHARGES: giving peace officer false name & liquor consumption under 21. PLEA: liquor consumption under 21. SENTENCED =liquor consumption under 21.
Third incident - CHARGES: Traffic careless driving,4th degree DWI. PLEA: Traffic Careless Driving. DISPOSITION: traffic careless driving = convicted, 4th degree DWI = dismissed. SENTENCED: traffic careless driving (on the record this is in gray, not in black, meaning I think it is still pending?
So my question is - when I get fingerprinted to get into a school, what shows up? I can email you all the court files to show the exact mumbo jumbo they are speaking on there. I just really need help, so I can figure out what will show up on the finger prints and what I need to write and talk about with the school.

It's important to know what state this happened in! Some states these charges show up as misdemeanors and others they are just municipal offenses.

Most of the fingerprint checks are sent to the FBI to check records through national files. FBI only keeps criminal arrests on file, so if the charges are all just non criminal traffic, they won't show up from fingerprint cards sent to FBI

If you're looking for people to criticize for their behavior, the criminal law board should be a treasure trove for you... But, it's NOT what we do here.

Not trying to be mean... just helpful. No bad intentions, just honesty from me. Some people need to hear this kind of thing from a stranger and not a nagging family member. If you saw that as criticism... it was, but meant to be constructive.
