Hi I'm 26yr old girl and I am dependent of h1b visa holder and I have h4 visa.since 1 year me and my husband not living together we have so many problems so we think to decide to get divorce but I don't know about how to get divorce?? And now my visa is to be expires on July 2010 and still I didn't get any idea and who can help me so please kindly request to you to help me. And I'm physical therapist from india and my husband is computer eng. And he is not responding my father's calls also. So my problem is my visa is going to expire within few months so what I have to do legally?? / please help me

You must either find another nonimmigrant visa classification and file to change status or leave the US. Please note that as of the effective date of your divorce, you will no longer be in H-4 status.
