AAHHHH for the past like 4 years or more I have been trying to figure out the title of this movie because I haven't seen it in forever and nobody else has ever heard of it...

OK... its a fantasy kind of movie.. childrens I'm thinking... its not a cartoon either.. but its about 2 mouse-like characters a boy and a girl I think... the "animation" reminds me of "neverending story" and "the labyrinth" but I know its not either of those of course... also there's these evil vulture like birds that rule the land... I remember that they are extremely disgusting looking and I remember the ultimate like "queen" of these things was sick and on its death bed

I don't remember any plot at all but I NEEEEED to know what this movie is it would mean the world to me someone help or at the very least someone else PLEASE have seen this tooo! Haha HELP!!
