We have been married just a little over a year and our marriage looks like it is coming to the end. We have separated a few weeks ago and I want to now file for a divorce, it was a difficult year and I feel he married for the wrong reasons, i.e. to obtain his stay in the UK. What can I do.. You initiate your divorce in the UK and the papers are addressed to his last known address. I suggest you hire an attorney to direct you in the proper steps seeing as he is on a visa.
