Mi want one or more names of the eatables (food) which is basically made of carbohydrates which are in the form of sugar but not starch ?

This is sort of a trick question, because the body doesn't divide carbohydrates into sugar and starch, it just breaks them all down for sugar. Something like rice cakes have almost no sugar on the nutritional label, but your body will turn it to sugar in record time. Something like an apple, which is very sweet, will actually take longer to break down to sugar in the body because of the fiber in it.
