Hi to all, I am computer programmer and always in the front of computer. I started using computers since 1996 till present. I am always on the front of computer for more than 10 years but recently I noticed that when I am typing and when am moving my head I felt dizzy. Is this because of the computer or any other reason?

This started happening to me a few years back. Some non-reflective glasses seemed to help: it was a combination of my deteriorating vision and the glare from the monitor; the ophthalmologist said it was common for heavy computer users. Of course it could also be another, unrelated issue, such as BPV (benign positional vertigo).
