I am a mother of three kids. Two of which I lost permanent custody of in 2008. My parents of custody of the two and I still have custody of the other one. They went to child support and I now have to pay child support. The problem is I only make about 700 dollars a month and have to take care of my third child which I have custody of. I was wondering if I went and signed all my rights over to the two kids my parents have will I still have to pay child support.

Short answer-NO!
Parental rights and parental obligations are different things. You can give your rights/or not to exercise them/ but you cannot escape from your obligations, especially child support obligations.
