I have to do this heritage box for my ceramics class and I need something Like a coat of arms or something that has to do with my heritage (hence the name heritage box). I looked up family crests and I found a lot. My last name is Sanders, does it matter which crest I choose? My dad said it had a bull on it but there were a lot with bulls on them. But I just want to know if its OK to choose whatever I find with bull heads on them.

Here's the official Sanders coat of arms: Sanders Coat of Arms (http://www.houseofnames.com/xq/asp.c/qx/sanders-coat-arms.htm)
With some additional information to boot.
Also here's some more information concerning Coats of Arms: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coat_of_arms
Basically you don't just pick what you want as there is normally history associated with the Family name.
