Hi, here is my story, I married this guy when I was 18, and he was 29, he lied to me, and made me believe he was a great person, well, he just wanted to use me, to get his green card, after like 6 months of marriage mr Perfect, started to go night clubing, sleeping out of the house, once I found condoms and some other things that proved me he was cheating on me, he also wasn't single when we married, he has this GF in Colombia, and it seems like he wants to marry her I don't know if he already did because we married in the states, I have been asking him for the divorce, be he doesn't want to, I haven't seen him for 2+ years, he lives in a different state, and I think he just wants to finish his process before divorce me, Help me, I'm 21 now and very sick of the situation, if there is a way to also stop him for getting his permanent visa that would be great!
Thanks!

You go to the Court in your State that handles divorce matters and file for divorce -

If you cannot find him to serve him personally the Court will order that he served by publication.

I have no idea what will happen with his Immigration status.

Most states offer a "no fault" divorce so you just file for it. It doesn't matter what he wants. You still can get a divorce.

As noted you file for divorce, best to use an attorney since he is not going to just agree to it.
