I have a 7 year old felony for a moving violation, trafficking, and possession of 112 pounds of marijuana. I have nothing else ln my record and have been clean since then. I want to reinstate my hazmat endorsment. Am I eligible to have it reinstated ever?

To get a HazMet (hazardous material hauling) endorsement now, after 9/ll, you have to go through the Federal government testing. Possession of marijuana is a serious crime, especiall ll2 lbs.!. Plus trafficking a substance. What were you, a major grower?

So, to answer your question, unlikely to happen, but you would have to be reviewed by the Federal government first.

Am I eligible to have it reinstated ever?Hello e:

Being eligible and getting reinstated are two different things. If you're denied, you can certainly file suit, and argue that you SHOULD be reinstated for x reasons. You'll be arguing in front of bureaucrats who have no advantages in siding with you.

I'd take another approach, which basically encompasses the same argument but achieves a much greater goal. I'd apply for a pardon. If you get it, you'll automatically be eligible for reinstatement of ALL your licenses that were suspended due to your conviction.
