My home is pier and beam, built in the 1930's. At some point in time, the previous owners updated to pvc. The pipes are strapped to the bottom of the floor, but hanging by the straps and they are about 2-3 inches off the ground. Is there a requirement for how high off the ground these pipes need to be?
