Twice he has said this to me, I'm relying on the deposit to make rent for my new place, do I call my old landlord again or do I seek legal action now?

I rang the land lord to-day and he said once again I'd have it in a few days.. I said no sorry you told me that before and I'm still waiting, I then said if I didn't receive my deposit by Friday I was going to go to the wptb ( it's a tentant legal board in ireland ) to take legal action againest you if I didn't get my deposit by Friday.


Two hours later I got a phone call to say my deposit would go in to-day, when I got home I checked online banking and there was my money :)
