Are you saying your whole body grows after sex? It's completely natural for your breasts to get enlarged while you are aroused. But I am not sure what you mean about the rest of your body... Maybe you need to drink more water?

Are you maybe pregnant? How old are you? As women get older we tend to grow... wider... It's unfortuante. The best way to keep yourself in shape is eating a proper diet and excersise. Let me know if I am missing something!

Heh I am the wrong person to as for tips lol! :)
Sit ups are good, walking, stepper machine, bike riding. You can get some great fitness magazines now a days, or yoga or pillates are great. Yoga will really help you tone your body. Do you like playing any sports? Swimming is a great way to stay in shape. You can rent or buy work out tapes or DVD's, and it's something you can do at home by yourself. Do you like dancing? You could join a dance club...

Condoms are usually an effective method of contraception. But the only 100% effective method of birth control is abstinence. Just because he uses a condom doesn't mean you can't be pregnant. Have you taken a pregnancy test yet? You didn't tell us what your diet or exercise is like. We can't give you much advice if you don't tell us everything. Aurora had some great suggestions. I can't add anything to that without knowing more.

Did you recently and suddenly start gaining weight? Has this been a gradual thing? Like I said, condoms are not 100% effective. Are you really sure there's not possibility of you being pregnant? What's your diet like? Do you eat mostly or only healthy foods? A lot of junk food? Do you eat out a lot? Drink a lot of soda? Or other sugary drinks? Do you exercise? If so, how much and what sorts of exercises?

I have been gaining weight slowly and gradually since long tim but this has becum obvious now... and there are no chances of me being pregnant as we last time had sex in July 2009 and after that I am having my menses on regular basis... my diet is like a mixture of healthy and junk food... and I du exrcise and that is just push ups and a bit of a walk...

Aurora gave you tons of tips on exercise.
Again, I can't give advice if you don't give details. I don't know what you're eating now, specifically. You said you eat a lot of healthy food and some junk food. What do you consider healthy food? You may already be eating healthy foods and just need to do away with the junk food.

Yes exactly,
Ok we can't tell you exactly what to do, but if that's what you want, then go to Wal mart and buy a Yoga for beginners DVD or Tape. Do it everyday.
Ok this is taken from the Canada's food giud for Healty living:
Planning meals helps you:
Eat well by varying your food choices throughout the day and week;
Save time by planning and shopping
Ahead and reducing trips to the grocery
Store; and
Get meals on the table faster with less
Stress
Meal planning doesn't have to take a lot of time! Do it once or twice a week when you write out your shopping list. The more you plan the easier it gets. A little planning goes a long way in helping you have healthy eating habits.

Planning Tips
Involve children in planning and preparing meals. They'll appreciate the meal more and learn important life skills. You may even end up with a capable cook by your side! Getting started:

1. Menu plan - Use a piece of paper, calendar, or a menu planner to jot down your meal ideas.
2. Grocery list - Write down the foods you need for the next few days or week.
3. Go shopping - Buy the foods you need on your grocery list.
4. Start cooking - Post your meal plan on the fridge so whoever gets home first can start the meal.

Meal Planning Checklist:

Eat at least one dark green and one orange vegetable each day.
Choose vegetables and fruit with little or no added fat, sugar or salt.
Have vegetables and fruit more often than juice.
Make at least half of your grain products whole grain each day.
Choose grain products that are lower in fat, sugar or salt.
Drink skim, 1% or 2% milk each day. Drink fortified soy beverage if you do not drink milk.
Select lower fat milk alternatives.
Have meat alternatives such as beans, lentils and tofu often.
Choose at least two Food Guide Servings of fish each week.
Select lean meat and alternatives prepared with little or no added fat or salt.
Include a small amount of unsaturated fat each day.
Satisfy your thirst with water.
Limit foods and beverages high in calories, fat, sugar or salt.

what comes in healthy food, and what sort of exercises??????????

Swimming is the best exercise, if you have access to water that you can swim in.
