My aunt bought a house three years ago for my mom to live in, prior to that my mom has been living with me for the past 4 years . My mom wanted a larger place and wanted me to live with her so she wouldn't be alone. My aunt put in the agreement that if my mom no longer lives there I have 30 days to get out. I feel that I was forsed to sign the agreement but I asked if could continue to rent, she said I can just like any other renter. My mom has been out since oct. I have been paying the rent but received a certified letter saying I have until the end of march to move. She said be lucky she could make me get out in 72 hours. She wants me out so my sister and husband can move in. Do I have any rights. Live in Oregon

She has given you more than a month to get out. This appears to be more than what is specified in the contract. What other rights do you want?

Please understand that you are NOT being evicted. Evictions require a court order. You are simply being told to vacate the premises... which is perfectly legal with proper notice.

You can't force your aunt to rent to you indefinitely.
