Uh... do you mean:

\frac{T-7}{8} > 2?

Would you know how to solve it if that was an equal sign instead of an inequality? If so, it's exactly the same, except that if you multiply or divide by a negative, the sign flips the other way. But otherwise, no different than solving for any other variable.
