My po continually refuses to let me get employment ( sex offender) . He also states that my transfer request was denied and his supervisor said so... but he refuses to give me a copy of any letters stating so.. What can ido??

What do you mean he won't let you get employment? Are you sure it's not the employer not hiring you instead?

I don't know how you feel your PO has anything to do with your employment status. Is s/he running around behind you at every interview with a sign that says, "Don't hire this guy"?
