Want to install a toilet in my basement. I have a cleanout in the area I want to put it but the floor isn't very level. The clean out is 3" cast iron.

Not a good idea to use the cleanout,
Break the floor up and come off the main with a wye or combination going into a closet bend. You will also have to come off the closet bend with a vent either through the roof or tied back into a dry vent. You can level up the floor when you patch the opening. Good luck, tom

I know using clean out not good idea but thot why not. You say I need a vent but have sewer vent already. I actually plumbed in another vent in case it was needed. Just sitting in the floor joist waiting for me. Capped off on the roof of course. Guess I got to get out the hammer drill and put it in hammer only and bust up the floor it little. I assume rubber hubs would be best connecting the PVC to the cast?
