Why are you filing taxes? Title 26 USC applies to Government people only.See their definition of "employee" Title 26, 3401 (c) to understand this. Also, there is no liability clause for such tax, as is needed for it to be mandatory. You can volunteer to be taxed by signing a W-4. The W-4 form has a false OMB #1545-0074 used over 29 years when only good for 3. This form is voluntary, see at Title 26,part 31, Section 3402 (p)-1. Caveat emptor with our illegal government.
