I'm having severe pain in my pelvic area, an spotting brown discharge, I took a pregnancy test a couple days ago and said I was pregnant. Could this be a miscarriage?

It could be back in June I found out I was pregnant had bad pains for two days started spot went the er and they said I was miccaring and the next day started to bleed heavier I did miscarry but it might not bei think you should go to the doc
