I am able to go online and update windows but I am unable to browse .

What error messages are you receiving ?
How are you getting online in that case?

The onlt thing it say's is that internet explorer could not display this webpage. I have a wireless stick for my laptop and I don't know why I am able to update and not browse.

Check the connection setting to ensure they are correct.
They are in Tools > Options.

Everything seems to be in order. Even when I connect it with my internet it doesn't work.
