I'm in college taking CHEM 2, and about to take Calculus one. I've gotten all C's in all of my previous chem and math related courses, and barely have passed them with minimal knowledge. I see all my peers actually understanding the material, and it's a little frustrating knowing that I'm lagging behind big time. Is it too late to catch up, and what should be my daily plan in order to catch up and excel? Thanks.

Practice your mathematics (do many problems on all the various topics).
Revise your chemistry (learn the laws, reactions and worst to remember the conditions for reactions to take place).

There is only one way, the hard working way... or if you can get some people who know the subject well to teach you and remind you of your usual mistakes.
