I was involved in an accident in Ohio and didn't have insurance coverage. Traffic was stopped on Interstate 70 and someone slammed into the rear-end of my car and pushed my car into a jeep in front of me. Now I'm at a loss of what to do because I was pushed into a squad to make sure I didn't have any problems due to pregnancy but I didn't get to get the other drivers insurance. Do they have to pay my tow bill and/or anything else or is it all up to me??

You contact the insurance company which insures the person who hit you; the person you hit will contact you directly (because you have no insurance). That's how the claims will be paid and by which companies.
Get the Police Report and go from there.
There will be other factors involved which I investigate in a basic rear end accident but they don't much matter when there is no insurance.

I would love to contact the person that hits me insurance company but I called the state highway patrol and the officer on the scene didn't get any of his information, or my information. Plus the officer has not returned my phone call as yet. My mother told me that I wouldn't even be at fault with the guy that I hit because the guy who hit me was going about 50 mph and I was completely stopped and he pushed me into the car in front of me. I had my brakes down as hard as I could and because of the ice I still slid more then usual with the force.

As I said, if it's a simple rear end accident it speaks for itself. It is NOT a simple rear end accident if you were completely stopped, got hit and pushed into the car in front of you. You did not give this info in your first post.
The Police will not furnish the report/info (at least in NY) until the report is finalized, all investigation is done, all charges are laid, the report is authorized by a superior officer. If you can't get the report and a reasonable period has passed, contact the commanding officer.
You appear to have proof that the other driver was traveling at 50 mph and this will rise to the level of gross negligence, in your favor.

Come back and let us know how this works out for you - what you experience will help someone else.
Although the report is not ready to be released the Police MAY provide you with the name/address of the other party and, using that, you can either contact that person and request insurance info OR the Police MAY give you the insurance info.

Well I called the state highway patrol and they said that they can't help me because the officer that did the report and was at the scene hasn't finished it yet so I don't even know the other guys name. So they are pretty much telling me that I'm just going to have to wait until they can get to it though when I called them the other night they told me that the officer would be calling us today at 3 and he never did. Yea they may be busy but this happened Monday and I couldn't afford to dish out $340 dollars to get my car back home and now I had to quit my job since I have no way to get to work now. So I am losing money and a job oppurtunity because one person couldn't pay attention to the road... is there anything else I can do?
