Taken from a Grassfire Nation release:
The Obama budget,
.Over $2 trillion in tax increases over the decade
.Rapid acceleration of the national debt from a staggering
$7.7 trillion today to an incomprehensible $18.57
Trillion in 10 years
(Can we comprehend that a BILLION is a THOUSAND MILLION and that a TRILLION is a thousand BILLION?)
.Government takeover of health care, energy and the student
Loan program
In the next three years alone, Obama plans on increasing
Government SPENDING over the current law by more than
$500 BILLION and ring up real deficits of nearly $4 TRILLION!
That would mean Obama would be responsible in just four
Years for increasing the real debt by $5.496 TRILLION --
Coming close to all the debt accumulated under all
Prior presidents.
Plus, Obama has snuck the cap and trade scheme in as a
"deficit neutral" item -- hiding another $853 BILLION in
New taxes for what amounts to a global warming slush
Fund off the official budget books.
And all the while, Obama continues the policies of his
Predecessors in raping and pillaging the Social Security
Trust Fund (which is now running its own deficits)
To the tune of $1.4 TRILLION.
But as bad as all this sounds, one line from "Table S-4"
In Obama's budget sent a chill down my spine as a
Thought about the future of our nation.
Interest payments on the national debt will grow from
$188 BILLION in 2010 to an unsustainable $840 BILLION
in 2020. That's just servicing the interest on the debt,
while the total debt continues to spiral out of control.
(My personal comments on this.):
When the INTEREST on the debt reaches a point where the INCOME will no longer pay it, the results are obvious and unavoidable.
I do not believe that Obama and his cohorts are so stupid that they cannot see where all this is leading to. Therefore, I conclude that they are deliberately on a course to destroy this country as a limited representative form of government.
They are engaging in a very real REVOLUTION.

I think you are on to something here, but the revolution will come when people realise their money is worthless

Actually, that would be a counter revolution.

This is going to come to a head sooner than people realize .
The confidence in the US ability to manage it's debt is eroding and that is affecting the ability of the US to find buyers of our T Bills .
Japan has become the top holder again after China dumped $34 billion in US holdings at the end of last year. In all foreigners hold $2.37 trillion in US debt.
Now the Obots are printing debt like crazy .The Congress just raised the debt ceiling so more money could be printed. But will it sell on the market?. Not at current interest rates .The demand is too low so to entice new buyers the government will have to increase interest rates on it ;which in turn will force the US to increase it's debt service just to pay off the interest on the debt.
The CBO is estimating that within 10 years the debt will be $13 trillion ,the same as the GDP .
Greece is now experiencing a situation where no one will finance their debt . By anyone's definition that is called bankruptcy. We are not far behind.

News updates
Only one member of the Fed(Thomas Hoenig, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City) dissented last month to language indicating that interest rates should remain near zero for an “extended period”.
FT.com / US / Economy & Fed - Lone voice warns of debt threat to Fed (http://www.ft.com/cms/s/0/c918b8dc-1b37-11df-953f-00144feab49a.html)
Is it too late to select a new Fed Chair ?
The President is planning on creating a bipartisan commission to address the debt after Congress punted on the idea earlier this year.

Yes ;that is exactly what he meant by transformative change. Technically he is more Gramscian than Marxist .I used to think he was Fabian ,but there is nothing gradual about his sense of urgency.
Gramsci wanted first to delegitimize the dominant belief systems and create a "counter-hegemony" to empower the unprivilaged groups . The difference is that he expanded the definition of the oppressed more than Marx. Where Marx was mostly concerned with economic transformation Gramsci thought all of the culture was a battle ground... as does the President .

If you think he wants to dethrone God and destroy capitalism then I would venture to say that that is delusional thinking.

Well, the alternative theory to what Tom said would be that Obama and crew are all morons.
Do you believe that?
Do you have a different theory for this rush to collapse?

Mobilizing the masses into a movement was never easy, and never harder than in America where moving the ever-expanding national a$$ toward anything other than the refrigerator is a job for a fork lift.
Just listen to you people! Talking about UFOs and communist takeovers. You're a bunch of KOOKS!

Talking about UFOs and communist takeovers.
I haven't seen any mention of UFO's. All we've been doing is discussing published news items. We'll probably continue, so try the dismissal elsewhere, Comrade.

Yes Tom, I used to follow the conspiracy thing but now, I realize they are all just Morons. After Bin Laden jumped on the Global Warming scam, I realized it's true. They are just Morons.
BTW, have you heard? Al Gore and Bin Laden are going on a tour. It's called " An Inconvenient Jihad."

Excellent ! We have been following closely the meltdown of the AGW climatologist conspiracy (I never said I discount all conspiracies... ).
I had forgotten that OBL became a disciple of the 'settled science'. But then again ,that wasn't the 1st time he tried to appeal to the left wing intelligencia .What an alliance! Secular humanists and people who would decapitate them for their views !
