would like to drill 2 1inch holes in a triple 2x10 girder for 2 water pipes does any one no the code thanks

I don't know the building code but I do know if you drill the holes drill them close to the center of the 2 x 10 inch board, that will not lesson the structural strength as much as if you drill close to the top or bottom of the 2 x 10.
