There seems to be two problems connected with this ordor. 1. when the hot water supply is exhausted, and the cold water starts coming, which has light brown-yellow color. When we turned on other hot water sources, water comes in the same rust-yellow cover.
2. When finished, the Jacuzzi drains and then in a few minutes, the sewage odor starts coming from the drain and last about 45 minutes! Help!!

Not a lot of knowledge with Jacuzzi's or hot tubs. But people generally run bleach or vinegar through the piping? More over a half and half solution. Or maybe go to a pool and jacuzzi material and supply store? There is some form of matter that needs to be cleaned out of there.
