I was convicted of DUI in CT 6+ years ago and placed on prob. I fulfilled the 48 hr jailtime, surrendered my license for a year and was clean for the rest of the 2 years. The only thing I didn't do was take the counseling class. I been clean since then(which is what the class is for) and have moved out of state since I want know how or if I need to make amends and what I will or could be facing. Can't afford to do any jailtime. Please help

If you did not meet the conditions of probation there is very possibly a warrant out for your arrest - and warrants never die/expire.

You would have to go back to CT or contact CT, see if there is an open warrant and then surrender yourself or ask what you can do in your "new" State to complete the requirements of your probation.

CT takes a somewhat tough view of DUI - no one but CT knows what they will do if you surrender yourself. I'm surprised you were able to get your license back if you did not meet the conditions of probation.
